1.3 Donation & Haul-Away Coordination ($45.00)
After decluttering, we coordinate the removal of unwanted items by arranging donation drop-offs with local organizations and scheduling haul-away services with trusted providers.
1.4 Vendor Sourcing & Scheduling (Flatrate: $90.00)
We connect you with trusted movers, cleaners, pet transport, and home repair pros from our vetted network, or source new vendors to match your specific needs.
1.5 Supply Procurement & Packing (Hourly Rate: $90.00/$70.00)
We source and ship all packing supplies, then carefully pack your belongings using a clear labeling system.
MOVING DAY COORDINATION
2.1 Mover / POD Coordination (Flatrate: $90.00)
We handle the logistics with your moving company and other vendors, confirming timing, access, and any special requirements. We serve as the central point of contact to keep everything organized and on track.
2.2 On-Site Supervision (Hourly Rate: $90.00)
On moving day, we’re on-site to oversee the process, answer questions, and manage any issues that come up, ensuring anefficient move and that your belongings are handled with care.
2.3 Inventory Checklist (Flatrate: $45.00)
We provide an itemized checklist of your packed belongings, including box contents, furniture and other larger items as a helpful tracking tool for delivery and unpacking.
POST-MOVE LOGISTICS
3.1 Unpacking & Organizing (Hourly Rate: $90.00/$70.00)
We unpack and arrange your belongings to fit your routines, creating a functional and organized home from day one. After setup, we remove all boxes and packing materials, leaving you with a clean, move-in-ready space.
3.2 Design Development & Supply Recommendations (Hourly Rate: $90.00/$70.00)
We put a customized design together and provide tailored product suggestions to keep everything contained, easy to find, and manageable. If you have early access, we can even set up these solutions before move-in for a fully organized start.
3.3 Finishing Touches (Hourly Rate: $90.00/$70.00)
After the suggested supplies arrive, we place each product where it’s needed, adding the finishing touches that enhance flow and function.
ADD-ON SERVICES
4.1 Change-of-Address ($45.00 checklist only / $135.00 with hands-on update assistance)
We provide a checklist to guide your address updates from mail forwarding to notifying banks and subscriptions. If desired, we can handle updates for you.
4.2 Utility Setup / Transfer (Flatrate: $180.00)
We coordinate the setup or transfer of essential services like electricity, water, gas, internet, and home security ensuring everything is timed with your move.
4.3 Home Repair Coordination & Supervision (Flatrate: $180.00)
We coordinate with handymen and licensed contractors for move-in or move-out tasks like paint touch-ups, wall repairs, and minor plumbing or electrical work, handling all scheduling and communication so you can focus on your move.
4.4 Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Coordination & Supervision (Flatrate: $180.00)
We schedule and manage professional cleaners to prepare your old or new home, handling timing, access, and special requests and review their work.
4.5 Essentials Shopping & Stocking (Flatrate: $135.00)
We shop for and stock everyday necessities like pantry staples, toiletries, and cleaning supplies, so your new home is fully equipped from day one.

5.1 Vehicle Transportation Coordination ($135.00)
We coordinate the transport of your vehicle with a trusted carrier, arranging pickup and delivery, and managing all logistics to ensure your car arrives safely and on schedule at your new destination.
5.2 Pet Relocation Coordination ($135.00)
We coordinate safe, comfortable transport for your pets by working with trusted specialists. From travel requirements and vet paperwork to booking transport and delivery, we manage every detail with care.
