Six Steps To An Organized Home

 1 Our home organizing services start off with a complementary 15-minute phone consultation to learn about you, the problem areas in your home, and your organizing goals. During this call, we will also schedule an in-home assessment, if applicable.

 

​2 The in-home assessment gives us the opportunity to review the spaces we’ve discussed and determine whether organizing supplies are needed. During this visit, we’ll take detailed photos and measurements.

​

Next, we’ll create your customized design along with curated supply recommendations and provide a detailed price list by room or area. We’ll also offer staffing recommendations based on the scope of your project. For larger or multi-room projects, we typically suggest adding at least one organizing assistant alongside the lead organizer to ensure an efficient and streamlined process.

​

4  Once you've had the opportunity to review our design and provide your feedback, we will shop for your organizing supplies either in store and/or online and will have everything shipped directly to your home.

​

5  Finally, the day has come where we'll come in to edit, categorize and reorganize.

​

6  After completion of the project, we will haul away up to one car load of donations & take care of any product returns free-of-charge.​​

No matter what the reason is, we introduce visible solutions based on your needs, resulting in stress reduction and most importantly providing you a sense of control and accomplishment by teaching you how to stay organized. Since the decluttering process takes up a lot of time and energy, we are here to help you part ways with unwanted / unneeded items.

1. DO I NEED TO PREPARE OR CLEAN BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?

No prep or cleaning is necessary and in fact, seeing your space as it truly functions helps us create systems that work long-term for you.

 

2. HOW INVOLVED DO I NEED TO BE DURING THE ORGANIZING PROCESS?

 

​You can be as involved as you’d like! Some clients join us throughout the session, while others prefer for our team to take the lead. Either way, we work with your comfort and schedule. However, if decluttering is part of your project, we do require you to be present, as these decisions are personal and we cannot choose what stays or goes on your behalf.

 

3. HOW LONG WILL MY ORGANIZING PROJECT TAKE?

The length of a project depends on the size and complexity of the space as well as your goals. A pantry might take a few hours, while larger multi-room projects take more time. We’ll provide a clear timeframe and plan during the in-home assessment.

4. ARE ORGANIZING PRODUCTS LIKE BINS AND BASKETS INCLUDED?

​

Product costs are not included in service fees. We’ll recommend solutions that fit your space and style, and we can shop for them on your behalf so everything is delivered and ready to install.

 

5. DO YOU INSTALL OR MOUNT ORGANIZING SYSTEMS?

​

For liability reasons, our team does not drill into walls or install permanently mounted systems. However, we’re happy to coordinate with a trusted handyman who can handle all drilling, mounting, and assembly during or alongside your organizing session to ensure everything is installed safely and correctly.

 

6. CAN YOU HELP WITH SPECIAL SITUATIONS LIKE DOWNSIZING, MOVING, OR PAPER ORGANIZATION?

Absolutely. In addition to home organization, we offer relocation support and tailored solutions for unique spaces or organizational needs.
