We handle the logistics, from vetting and booking the right moving company to confirming all parties are aligned on timing, access, and special requirements. Whether you’re using one of our trusted partners or already have movers lined up, we serve as the central point of contact to keep everything organized and on track.
If you choose to move using a POD, we will also coordinate the booking, delivery, and pickup to ensure everything arrives and departs on schedule.
On-Site Supervision
On moving day, one of our team members is there to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. We oversee the entire process, answer questions, provide direction, and handle any unexpected issues that may arise. Our goal is to make your move as seamless and efficient as possible, while ensuring your belongings are treated with the care they deserve.
Inventory Checklist
We will provide you with a detailed, itemized record of your belongings once they’ve been packed and loaded. This checklist includes both the contents of your moving boxes as well as furniture and other larger pieces. It serves as a practical tracking tool and an added layer of peace of mind, making it easier to manage unpacking and confirm that everything has been delivered.
