LEAD ORGANIZER

Starting at $35/hour;

Job training provided

(4 - 6 weeks).

As a lead organizer, you will work closely with clients to realize their organizational goals. Projects may include everything from pantries and closets to garages, attics and sheds. At times, our clients simply want us to help them make decisions on what to get rid of while others are focused on getting ideas for aethetically pleasing storage solutions.

90% of our projects are regular home organizing projects, which include the initial in-home consultation, design development and supply recommendations, shopping for organizing supplies, arranging appointments with contractors (if applicable) & time spent in the client's home on editing, categorizing and reorganizing. Other services we offer are DIY consultations, organizing maintenance (for previously organized spaces) as well as move organizing, which includes sorting, packing, labeling and unpacking on the backend.

Job Requirements:

· You must be extremely reliable and comfortable working independently.

· Mental and physical stamina as well as outstanding attention to detail with an appreciation for visual aesthetics.

· You hold high standards for your work and don't mind going "the extra mile".

· Being comfortable giving directions and providing feedback to organizing assistants.

· Knowledge of available storage solutions and where they can be obtained.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office.

· Associate’s Degree or higher level of education required.

· Compliance with our standards of ethics, integrity, and procedures.

· Reliable transportation to clients' homes.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs & to stand, bend and be active for extended periods of time.

· Being comfortable using basic tools and a small ladder.

· Ability to tolerate spaces that are not environmentally controlled (we do not work in garages and attics from June to September unless they are air conditioned).

Schedule:

· Starting part-time (3 days per week)

· (4) - (8)-hour workdays from Monday through Friday; occasional Saturdays.​

ORGANIZING ASSISTANT

Starting at $25/hour;

Job training provided (4 weeks).

As a home organizing assistant, you will work closely with a lead organizer to realize our clients' organizational goals. Projects may include everything from pantries and closets to garages, attics and sheds.

Job Requirements:

· You must be extremely reliable and comfortable working independently.

· Mental and physical stamina as well as outstanding attention to detail with an appreciation for visual aesthetics.

· You hold high standards for your work and don't mind going "the extra mile".

· You are comfortable following directions and receiving feedback from the lead organizer.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office.

· Associate’s Degree or higher level of education required.

· Compliance with our standards of ethics, integrity, and procedures.

· Reliable transportation to clients' homes and willingness to drive up to 30 miles each way.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs & to stand, bend and be active for extended periods of time.

· Being comfortable using basic tools and a small ladder.

· Ability to tolerate spaces that are not environmentally controlled (we do not work in garages and attics from June to September unless they are air conditioned).
