To get started, please fill out our Concierge Client Questionnaire and schedule your free phone consultation, so we can learn all about your needs and preferences.

Our assistants come from diverse professional backgrounds with expertise in a broad range of areas. We select your concierge based on their ability to address your specific needs. Depending on the nature of your requirements, you might work with multiple concierges—one handling your daily tasks while another manages a complex itinerary or organizes an elegant event. This ensures that each aspect of your service is managed by an expert in that area. Additionally, we have extensive experience and established partnerships with numerous service providers in and around Austin. Whether you need a personal chef for an event, a top-notch moving company, or a reliable handyman, you’ll gain access to our carefully vetted network of trusted partners.

Concierge Service Pricing

Signature Support Plan

$80.00 / hour

This option is ideal for specific, immediate needs or special occasions. Whether you need assistance with a single event, travel arrangements, or a particular task, our one-time concierge service provides tailored support for that particular instance. This service offers flexibility without long-term commitment.

Please note that there is a 4-hour minimum for all of our concierge services. The provided time is billed the day of the service.​

Elite Experience Plan

$70.00 / hour

 

This option is recommended for those who require regular, but less frequent, assistance. An incredible option for catching up on laundry regularly, specialty shopping, and help with errands. Sign up for at least 12 hours of service per month (to be booked in 4+ hour increments) to take advantage of our reduced rate.

This service is charged directly to your credit or debit card via auto-pay. Payments are processed automatically once per month.

Luxury Lifestyle Plan

$65.00 / hour

 

This option is best suited for those who require continuous weekly support and prefer the convenience of having a dedicated team member available to handle various tasks on a regular basis. Reclaim your time with an assistant who manages your grocery shopping, laundry and folding, errands, travel preparations, event planning and all the other household management tasks that weigh down your “to-do” list.

Sign up for at least one 4-hour service per week to take advantage of our lowest rates.

This service is charged directly to your credit or debit card via auto-pay. Payments are processed automatically every four weeks.
