Service Agreement.

The Detailed Life - Concierge Services

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES


THE DETAILED LIFE (TDL; the "Company") provides  the Client with services including, but not limited to: grocery shopping, full-service laundry, errands, travel and vacation support, holiday services, Airbnb Deluxe services, household and event management (collectively, the “Services“). TDL shall provide the Services in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Any additional services requested by the Client outside of the agreed-upon scope must be negotiated separately and may incur additional charges.

2. SERVICE FEES


Services are provided based on the following fee structure:

  • Signature Support: $80 per hour with a 4-hour booking minimum, OR

  • Elite Experience Plan: $70 per hour for a minimum of 12 hours per month and a 4-hour booking minimum, OR

  • Luxury Lifestyle Plan: $65 per hour for a minimum of one 4-hour service per week.


Task requests that require travel begin when your concierge departs their prior location, or within a 15-mile radius (whichever is closer), and end when the task is completed.


Prior to selecting a service plan, TDL provides a free 15-minute phone consultation session to discuss service needs and to identify the most suitable plan for the Client's requirements.

3. PAYMENT TERMS


Signature Support service payments are billed the day the service is provided and due upon receipt of the invoice. Payments can be made by Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. For card payments, a service fee of 2.99% per transaction will be applied. Detailed payment instructions are outlined on your invoice.


Elite Experience and Luxury Lifestyle plan payments are charged automatically through credit or debit cards via auto-pay.

Payments for the Elite Experience Plan will be charged to your card on the first day of each month. The first month's payment will be prorated with the prorated amount due on the day the service starts.

Payments for the Luxury Lifestyle Plan are charged to your card on the day your service starts and then every four weeks thereafter.

For both plans, up-to-date credit or debit card information must be on file at all times. Payment processing errors will incur a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance. TDL waives the credit card fee outlined above for both of these service plans.


All payments rendered are considered fully earned and nonrefundable. Pre-paid hours must be utilized within the month they are purchased and do not roll over to the following month.

4. EXPENSES


Expenses incurred on behalf of the Client are not included in any fees and will be the Client’s responsibility. The Client must provide the concierge with a credit card, petty cash, or a reloadable debit card ahead of a purchase on the Client’s behalf. Concierges are prohibited from using their own money for Clients' expenses. Receipts will be provided for all purchased items.

Clients are awarded 20 miles of travel per day and billed at $0.67/mile thereafter.

If free parking cannot be provided for the concierge, the client will be responsible for covering the parking charges.

5. CANCELLATIONS


Proper consideration regarding cancellations and appointment changes is expected. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date/time is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked services.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE


The Client has the right to terminate services at any time, effective immediately upon written notice. The Client remains responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.

TDL holds the same right to terminate services, provided reasonable notice is given to allow the client time to find alternative arrangements. If the Client has prepaid for services, TDL remains responsible for honoring those payments.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY


TDL agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided by the Client, including but not limited to personal, financial, and business information. TDL will not disclose such information to any third party without the Client’s express consent unless required by law.

8. LIMITED LIABILITY


TDL will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. However, TDL is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the provision of Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. AMENDMENTS


This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement between the parties.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION


Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing litigation.

11. GOVERNING LAW


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT


This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and TDL and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

ACCEPTANCE

This document will serve as the standard agreement between the Company and the Client. By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all policies outlined.
